We are local to Central Australia and have developed a vast network of proven subcontractors and suppliers who have worked on similar projects in the region. During the planning phase, these networks are leveraged to negotiate best prices, strategies, and materials.

Our Team
As a developing company our skills development is largely managed in-house and is targeted at building upon existing technical skills to develop skillsets in management functions such as estimating, project management and contract management.
We have cultivated long-term relationships with highly skilled subcontractors that subscribe to a similar work ethics and values to develop and enhance our local workforce. Total Project NT we prioritise this aspect during our pre-screening process for new subtrades.

To work with Total Project NT, the following are required:
- NT Construction White Card
- Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card), or ability to obtain one
- Current driver’s licence
- Relevant trade qualifications or industry experience

As many projects occur in remote or challenging environments, flexibility with locations and schedules is essential. While experience is valued, we're open to those eager to learn and grow. Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work independently and in a team are crucial.
